In general, we at ByMogens work with the leading shipping suppliers in Europe, this is handled by our trade partners and overseen by our staff to make sure shipping gets handled in the best and most intuitive way. As such we do not directly control our shipping, but we will always be there to help you locate your shipping on any given order that you have placed. Should anything go wrong, we will be responsible and help you with a new shipment.
